Fees:
I charge $110 for a 50 minute individual or couple's sessions for payment made on the day of your session.

I am a "preferred" provider with both Regence and Premera. I am happy to verify your coverage with your insurance provider and directly bill them for my counseling services. I am an "out of network" provider for most other insurance carriers and will bill them for counseling services accordingly.

First session:
When you arrive at our building, the entrance (red door) opens into the waiting room where there are chairs, magazines, water and tea and a rest room. Please make yourself comfortable. I will meet you in the waiting room at our appointment time.

For many people the first session is the most difficult. I do not have a standard "first session protocol". This session is a time for you to meet me and see my space to make sure I am a good fit for you. I will ask some general questions that will hopefully make it easier for you to explain why you are here and what you hope to accomplish. You may ask me any question about me or my personal life that will help you feel comfortable as the therapy begins.
